Meet the team

All of our staff have several years experience working within education supporting ICT and have current Enhanced DBS checks.

Andy has been part of the Inspire ICT team since it's formation in September 2010. He has worked in ICT within education since 2004. Andy's primary roles are to manage human resources, procurement, research and development and to provide on-site technical support when required either as cover for the field engineers or for additional scheduled works. For most of our clients, Andy is the first point of contact for most enquiries which are over and above general day to day routines. He also actively monitors each school's helpdesk and provides remote assistance when required.
Paul has been part of the Inspire ICT team since it's formation in September 2010. He has worked in ICT within education since 2004. Paul's primary roles are to manage finances including invoicing, ordering & procurement as well as human resources and research and development. Paul also provides on-site technical support when required as well as handling call escalation from our field engineers. Paul takes the lead role in the design, development and implementation of all of our server/client networks.

Ajmal has worked within schools supporting ICT in 1st, and 2nd line support roles since 2018 and is experienced at handling networking concerns, implementing new software, installing new hardware, and addressing user issues.

Harry has worked within schools supporting ICT in 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support roles since 2006. Harry joined us in 2015 and has fast become a valuable, important member of the team and takes an active role in training new ICT field engineers.

Jamie joined us in September 2021 and has fast become a valuable member of the team. Jamie has been in ICT support in schools since 2020 and has recently worked in guiding customers transitioning to hybrid/cloud environments.

Margin joined Inspire ICT in April 2023 and has a background in software development and cyber security.

Renuka joined Inspire ICT in March 2024. Renuka has over 8 years experience working in primary schools and has retrained to work as an ICT Technician.

Richard has worked in primary and secondary schools since 2004 and joined Inspire ICT in 2014. He is experienced in Server and PC support as well as Data cabling, IP telephony, software installations and website design & maintenance.
Content Manager
Sarah's role at Inspire ICT is to maintain the website content and manage all social media for the company.
Service Desk Manager
Stuart has worked in school ICT support both in the UK and abroad since 2002. Stuart has proved himself to be a vital part of our team since joining us in 2014. Stuart's role is to manage the service desk and respond to remote support cases.

Sue has worked in Education settings for 25 years and has extensive working knowledge of Google Classroom and classroom technologies.
Tim F
AV Installer/Technical support
Tim installs all of our AV products; interactive whiteboards/touchscreens, projectors, sound and lighting systems. Tim is also our technical support for all things AV from whiteboard issues to interactive software errors.

AV Installer/Project Manager
Tim plans and manages all of our Audio Visual installations from initial site surveys to fully delivered solutions. Tim has worked with Inspire ICT since 2011 and manages all of the AV installation team.
Senior Engineer/Cloud Specialist
Tom rejoined Inspire ICT in 2023 after working with us for 6 years previously. Tom is a Senior Engineer with over 10 years experience working with schools. He is also our Cloud Specialist working on the design and implementation of Google Workspace for Education and Microsoft 365 environments.
Chief Morale Officer
Jack joined Inspire ICT in 2021 (not by choice). His main responsibilities are public relations and he is our Chief Morale Office (CMO).
