ICT Support Service

Inspire ICT Ltd. specialize in providing onsite and remote ICT support to Primary/Nursery Schools throughout North and North-West London along with Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Slough. We are EDUCATION ONLY support providers and as such are able to provide our customers with services and advice tailored to their individual needs. We have a very close working relationship with both the London Grid for Learning (LGfL) and we’re an LGfL/NGfL Digital Transformation Partner as well as Google Cloud Partners.

Our core service is onsite technical support where we typically provide regular weekly or twice-weekly technician visits to maintain and improve the school’s ICT complemented by unlimited remote support to provide a comprehensive ICT Support solution. We have a team of highly skilled, experienced technicians to help us ensure a jargon-free and personal approach to all aspects of ICT. Inspire technicians are able to advise on the use of ICT equipment and recommend both hardware and software to meet and often exceed requirements. Each school has a dedicated technician and their own easy to use online helpdesk.

All of our staff have several years of experience within an education environment and have recent enhanced disclosures from the DBS along with training on GDPR compliance and at least Safeguarding level 1.

We have developed our own Microsoft-based server/client network designed specifically to meet the needs of schools and tailored to serve individual requirements without expensive ongoing licensing and maintenance charges. We can also guide schools through the process of Cloud-migration and hybrid solutions for both Google Workspace for Education and Microsoft 365.

We work alongside numerous MIS support providers for SIMs, RM Integris, Scholarpack, Arbor and other MIS packages.
