Do not delay as agencies need time to liaise, e.g. social worker and police may have to do checks OR make arrangements to visit the child in school. This takes TIME!

Complete My Concern on the computer!
As soon as you can OR straightaway if asked by the safeguarding leads

Don’t forget you can also make a referral yourself to MASH 020 8359-4066 in an emergency or if a member of the SLT is unavailable or, if you do not agree with the safeguarding lead decision not to make a referral.
