After entering the 6-digit code given to you by the technician, your computer will ask you to download an applet called Support-LogMeInRescue.exe. Download this file and run it. During the course of the remote support session you may be asked to give the technician permission to perform certain actions. Click Yes to grant permissions, or No to deny.
