ICT Support Service
Inspire ICT specialise in providing curriculum ICT support to primary schools. We currently support a number of schools in Hertfordshire and the London Boroughs of Barnet, Hillingdon and Ealing.
Our ICT support service comprises of fixing specific hardware and software faults, installation of new hardware and software, advice on equipment and planning, and preventative maintenance (anti-virus and software updates etc.) Our support package is a schedule of regular weekly visits on a half or full day basis depending on your requirements.
Our technicians have extensive hands-on experience with school ICT infrastructures including RM CC3/4, Ergo Free2Teach, Viglen Classlink and conventional Windows based server/client networks. We offer a jargon-free, comprehensive support package which is cost effective and stress free, allowing your ICT coordinator more time to concentrate on their ICT planning and curriculum. We are an RM affiliated technician support service (ATSS).
Each of our schools has access to an online support helpdesk to log issues, an ICT knowledgbase to help diagnose and fix common problems and direct e-mail and phone links to their technician. For peace of mind, all of our staff have recent enhanced disclosures through the Criminal Records Bureau to safeguard the welfare of the children in your school.
Our principal aim is to provide each school with the same technician every week ensuring consistency and familiarity with both the school setup and the staff.
