About Us

Our primary goal from the outset was to provide comprehensive ICT support with customer service and best value. Since its formation Inspire ICT has grown its customer base to 50 schools in Bucks, Hertfordshire and the London boroughs of Barnet, Ealing, Harrow & Hillingdon supplying a vast array of products and services.

Our core service is on-site technical support where we provide regular weekly or twice-weekly technician visits troubleshooting technical issues, installing hardware and software, and repairing hardware faults. Each of our schools has access to the same technician every week, an online helpdesk and both e-mail and phone support direct to their technician’s smartphone. We ensure that all of our technicians, whilst highly skilled, can converse in plain English and relate ICT problems without the use of technical jargon or the ever-increasing cascade of acronyms. We can support all levels of computer network whether it be a simple peer to peer workgroup or distributed server/client network. Our technicians are able to plan and advise on the use of curriculum ICT equipment and recommend both hardware and software to meet and often exceed requirements.

To supplement our support service we have developed an efficient and best value procurement process supplying all forms of ICT hardware and software as well as installation services to create suitable infrastructure and fitting teaching tools such as interactive whiteboards to enhance class teaching.

Our value added services like on-site portable appliance testing and encryption service further establish Inspire ICT as a true one-stop-shop for all of your ICT needs.
